        They lost my package and there is a terrible support system in place for recovering packages. Ill be using fedex from now on. Shame on me for putting my faith in a government service.

        The staff at the Hilldale USPS are super professional! Special shoutout to Steve, who went beyond his way trying to help me locate an important document that was bouncing between N.Y. and W.I. due to a wrong bar code. He reported the issue to USPS consumer affairs and helped to correct the barcode. He provided constant update on the progress of the tracking, and made sure that I got the package in time. I am so grateful for having such good care from customer service at the Hilldale USPS, and would definitely recommend this office to other customers!
