Even though the package was overnighted and was in the building for several hours they refused to go get it out of truck. They claimed that because of storms they were allowed to let it go until the following Monday. The "storm" referred to was less then 1 inch of snow overnight. Unreal. Unbelievably poor customer service.To be clear, the package managed to get from Florida to Milwaukee, then to Madison even though there was a little snow that night. However even though the package was at there site for 5 hours, they didn't unload it because they didn't have to because the snow event gave them a loophole not to complete their job. It managed to make it 1200 miles, yet they wouldn't go 200 feet to get the package. The work ethic here at this location is pathetic.

Horrible service. I was at home both times the driver "attempted" to leave my package. Called customer service and was told I would get a phone call from dispatch and they would try to get the driver to come back. No call. Called and talked to someone I could barely understand from who knows where. I tried to change my delivery online but could not and the person on the phone told me I couldn't and he couldn't . When I said I would not be home for the 3rd attempt they said I could pick it up at the warehouse after 3rd attempt but not any sooner. BTW- no local phone number for the Madison warehouse

SOOOOO glad I paid $10.68 for your employees just to disregard the writing that says "Fragile" and "This side up" and end up setting something super heavy on my package. Whoever uses UPS in the Fitchburg/Madison area off Fish Hatchery Road, be cautious!.... UPS stores all over seem to be doing quite a bit of "apologizing"
