John David was absolutely amazing! My situation for selling house was not the norm, but what he did for me will never go unseen! I can't say enough about how much I appreciated the hard work that Nate, Andrew and the all the partners at Matt Winzenried Real Estate partners did to help us find our forever home. We were looking for a house here in WI while we were still living in Virginia. Due to job transfers in the family, we were in a tight timeframe to find a house and make the move happen quicker than I could imagine it would be done. I was worried we couldn't make it happen. Andrew worked with us to find the type of house, location and neighborhood we were hoping to be in. We had to rely on virtual tours with Andrew going to several houses and showing us the houses through FaceTime. He was very helpful in answering all our questions. Nate and his team were extremely helpful in guiding us through the closing process. We have been in our new house for almost a month now. We absolutely love our new home, the neighborhood and the area around it. They were able to find an ideal location that allows us to live close to our children's families and be close to friends.
