I agree that Stacy Bruner is a nice guy. But why is Matt Lindholm a co-owner with him now? Matt has not served our condominium complex well at all. He cancels meetings, he used our owners list to send out emails advertising his real estate services, he neglected to collect numerous votes for board positions, he sends out workmen who arent sufficiently knowledgeable, he schmoozes with the board, he hires bad contractors Stacy staunchly defends Matt, and that really puzzles me. I understand that Stacy is a businessman , but I also think that Stacy is ethical and not out to cheat anybody. I encouraged our condo Board to hire Bruner as our Professional Management Company, but I regret it now. However, a different property manager might just work out nicely after all.

This is a great property management firm. I have had them at two condo properties. They have made a real difference for the better since they took over Stratton Hill.
