Horrible living experience with horrible landlords. If you're unlucky enough to rent from them you can expect a general lack of communication from management, which includes ignoring maintenance requests, and refusing/forgetting to send bills then sending angry emails about all the money you owe them. They even tried to make us bring back appliances we ourselves had installed! If you're thinking about renting with them please take this as your warning.

Lost out on a sale of our condo because this property management withheld documents and Amy is absolutely incompetent. Everyone who Ive talked to has had a similar experience with them.

Run by a bunch of rude and shady people. Look at how they respond to negative criticism in these reviews. Unable to apologize or take responsibility for anything. That's a huge red flag in my book. Run far, far away from these crooks.
Update: LOL at the number of times they respond to a negative review with "you must mean a different company. you are not listed as a client of ours"...this is classic Anchor Property Management behavior and just further proves my point. IYKYK.

I am the owner of Bevalli Gardens, a small family owned business in Stoughton, Wi. I provided gardening services to Forest Glen Condos in Fitchburg, WI for close to 5 years. Forest Glen is owned by Anchor Property management. As of last month I am no longer providing these gardening services due to the behavior of the head of the board at Forest Glen, his name is Bruce Matthews. My crew and I have worked with the board for years, and until this year everything was great. It all started in the spring when Bruce decided to cancel a big job that we had planned since December 2021, and ended with Bruce approaching me while my crew and I were at Forest Glen providing maintenance. He walked up to me and my crew very aggressively and began attacking us for being there. They had black top put down a week or two prior, although we had permission to be there Bruce continued to treat myself and my crew very disrespectfully. I wrote an email to numerous people on the board as well as ANCHOR PROPERTY management describing my interactions with Bruce. I decided I would not return to provide gardening services unless we could get together and discuss the treatment of myself and my crew,. At this point ANCHOR PROPERTY management owes me over $3000.00 for my services!! I have emailed them I have called them and left numerous voicemails, it has been almost 3 months that theyve owed me this money. Nobody calls me back. This is an example of the way ANCHOR PROPERTY management handles their business. I cant imagine what people go through that actually live and pay rent at one of their properties. Strongly recommend avoiding this company all together.
