this company was the worst part of my Madison college experience. Kelsey is the only employee at Mullins who ever did anything to help in the time I lived there. Dont rent with Mullins

Applied late fee without warning. Refused to remove late fee, even though I wasn't supplied access to the website to allow me to pay the bill. They were decently prompt after I reached out to them, but this was quite disappointing. Edit: Mullins reached out and while they were not able to remove the late fee, they were responsive both over email and phone

Kelsey was great at showing me multiple places, she made sure I had all the information that I would possibly need and was super kind through the whole process. She also got back to me over email extremely fast, responding within the hour and having me all set up in a single morning!
