Hi Tyler,Sorry to hear you aren't happy with the property. Unfortunately with a 20 unit property we can't have someone on site. There's just not enough units to support someone full time or part time on site. Unfortunately a lot of properties built in the 1960's were not super high quality. This is also reflected in the rent of $1065 for a 2 bedroom that includes heat. Other units in the building are renting for $1250 so the owner has kept yours at quite a discount to market value. The owner has taken a lot of measures to improve the property. He put all new entry doors in, new parking lot, new carpet in the hallways, updated laundry area, and many small to medium upgrades in the units. Many of these were done after you leased the place in 2022. And unfortunately we can't do anything about the fact that when they built the building they only put in 20 stalls. You also knew that it was only one stall per unit before signing the lease. In regards to the dishwasher, we do apologize for how long that took. We sent the appliance company to check it out within 2 days. They said it was the hose that wasn't working. We replaced the hose. After that the dishwasher was still having issues. The appliance company had to go back out and found other items were also broken, items that they couldn't diagnose with the broken hose, those items were replaced, but unfortunately other items came up that needed to be repaired as well. At that point we just replaced the dishwasher with a new one. This was a very unique situation that doesn't happen often. We're sorry that it happened with your unit but with appliances we do run into these odd scenarios from time to time. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Best of luck with the new place.

Thanks Samantha! Sorry we were a bit slower on some things. As you are aware that building had a lot of issues when we took it over and that really created a drag on things initially.
