I purchased a refurbished Samsung Galaxy phone, I had a liquid screen protector put on it right away which I was told it came with a 1 year warranty if it breaks. 2 months after purchase, I dropped the phone and broke the screen. The screen was replaced under the warranty, I had to pay the $300.00 up front and was then reimbursed. When I picked the phone back up, I had asked the employee if they put the liquid glass back on again, and he said oh I'm sorry. He quickly grabbed the swab thing, wiped it real quick and said here you go. Anyway, I specifically then asked him, "What happens now if I drop and break the screen again?" (Apparently dropping and breaking my screens is a habit regardless of what case or protector I do have). The employee said it will be covered, just give us a call again. I said ok sounds good (my sister was my witness). Imagine that...Exactly 12 days later, the FIRST time I dropped my phone guess what? Scrroke immediately (the 1st time I dropped it 100's of times before it finally gave). So I sent them a messaged and called and guess what? I was given FALSE information! My device is NOT covered! The employee was wrong!!! Why? Because I got a new screen, new liquid glass...therefore I was suppose to repurchase the insurance. I would have NEVER left there without insurance, EVER! I am beyond mad, I still can't use my phone, the cracks in it have made the phone screen wacko so it don't work! They were willing to give me a little discount and gave a new screen put in. They said current price is $329.00 ( which I paid $300.00 13 days prior) and then minus $70.00. Mind you, the cost of the phone and the liquid glass I paid over $400.00 and only had the phone 2 months. No its not their fault I broke it once again, however it is their employees fault i was given false information and now I have a phone i can't use or afford to have fixed so I had to go back using my old phone. They should have sucked up the mistake this one time and that employee should of been delt with, not me! Again, never ever would I have left there without insurance again. Mind you. I think he was in a hurry to get me out the door as it was 15 minutes to closing time when I picked the phone up and then...o no he forgot the liquid glass so let's do a slop job in dab it on quick n get her out the door. So yeah, not happy at all. Actually makes my stomach sink. Aren't customers usually suppose to be always right? In this case I am right! Oh and then I even asked about them buying the phone back as they do buy phones and was told nope sorry the screen is cracked. I have saved each and every conversation I have with them and I will eventually figure this out one way or another.
