We had some Jeep SUV window damage from the EF-3 tornado that came ashore at Seychelles Beach Resort area on Panama City Beach, Florida. We very thankfully stayed safe in the concrete & steel high-rise & our new Jeep GC somehow escaped the worst brunt of the tornado too while being parked in the multi floor concrete parking ramp there. So when contacting our State Farm Insurance agent, Alex Rabb & her assistant Nico, back up in Madison, Wisconsin, they were both immediately very patient with time & very helpful in taking us through the process of filing the claim. They even arranged for windshield repair & right front door window replacement with our selected Safelite Glass Store here in Panama City, while fully explaining our deductible responsibility, based on the work being done. We couldn't be more satisfied with our Alex Rabb State Farm Agency in Madison Wisconsin; they are terrific ! ! !

I am moving to Madison in a few weeks and Alex made the switch of all my insurance absolutely seamless. She took the time to call me and explain all of my coverage, break down costs, and even remembered my dog's name. Alex even said she would contact my current agent to make sure I am not without coverage for any amount of time. This was the first time an insurance agent ever broke down in depth with me and she made the process easy during a time in my life where everything has been very overwhelming and moving very fast. I am so grateful to use her as an agent and excited to work with her more in the future!
