        On multiple occasions I called and went to this store looking to use the extra warranty I purchased for my sons Nintendo Switch. Only to be told they would only have geek squad try and repair it, and if they couldn't, then would warranty the unit. But then when geek squad said they couldn't repair it, that they had no stock to warranty it for, despite having units on the floor. I have never shopped with them since this.

        Always helpful and knowledgeable. Got in and out quickly. Everybody was masked. Had exactly what we wanted and needed. Was the only store out of the 4 we visited that day that actually talked to us.
