AT&T Store

Poor customer service. Not sure any of the many employees standing around know what they are doing. Spent over two hours there this weekend to upgrade 5 phones. After technical difficulties they were only able to complete 2 of our phones. Although the employee who initially tried to help us was polite, apologized, and promised to hold the other three phones until they figured out how to fix our account, when I returned to finish the transaction a few days later the current employee had no idea what I was talking about and no longer had the three phones they supposedly set aside. Would not recommend. Wasted a fair amount of time.

My husband and I recently went into AT&T to adjust our phone plan. While we were there, Nico provided exceptional customer service! We really appreciated his helpfulness in finding the best plan for our needs.

I need help unlocking an old phone and Alex was incredibly patient and kind in helping me with this process. He helped with several steps including even calling 611 and getting me to a representative, which I wasnt able to figure out on my own. So grateful for Alexs help and now I can give my phone to my friend who really needed one!

There were at least four staff in the store and no customers. I needed help with a trade-in promotional card and no one even looked at me. One staff was lying on the couch watching "Avengers: End Game", another was sitting at a desk on his personal laptop, with another employee sitting next to him (and seemingly unoccupied), whom I initially spoke with and explained the situation. This employee was staring off into space like I wasn't even saying anything to him, and did nothing to assist me. Finally, an Asst. Manager came out, was friendly, and heard my story. He wasn't sure what to do, so he called the store Manager, who said they couldn't help me (while the email from AT&T said to go to an AT&T store to have an issue resolved, so I called this store prior to going there to see if they could help and was told "yes"). I have been to this store before and they were not helpful either, but thought I'd try again since I live nearby. Do not go here if you want professional service!!!
