I was trying to replace my laptop's battery, but had trouble removing two screws because the top were scraped, so the screwdriver doesn't latch on properly. I called a handful of tech shops that didn't pick up, but TechRepair Zone did. Ahsan mentioned it would be difficult to pull out but gave some suggestions, and I ended up bringing my laptop to him. After trying some things, he was able to help me remove those screws. I'm very glad that I brought it there. Thanks Ahsan!

Don't normally write reviews, but had to for this... went to 2 other places before (including one that was certified by Apple) and they said they didn't know what was going on and said I had to get a new phone. At tech repair zone, they actually opened the phone, found out the issues and then fixed it. Very happy and highly technical staff who know how to fix phones. 100% recommend

I went to Tech Repair Zone to have my daughter's Iphone 11 screen replaced. We had just replaced it ourselves 3 days prior and the screen just went black after a very soft fall. Screen didn't crack at all. Not wanting to tell her grandpa it was broke AGAIN I went to have it repaired here. Mohsin greeted us and I dropped the phone off with him to repair and left. Came back 50 mins later and he explained to me the Face recognition no longer works. I was a bit upset because it worked prior to the screen not working and I explained it had to have been due to this repair. He called his boss for assistance and his boss told him it was most likely due to the fall which I knew the fall wasn't hard enough to break the facial recognition wire. Long story short after some discussion he offered to take the screen off and redo it, that may fix it but he didn't know for sure. He took it apart, redid it and the face recognition worked!!! Mohsin remained very calm and respectful the entire interaction, even when I got frustrated. Then we got a screen protector for 50% off and he informed us as long as we have this phone the screen protectors will be 50% off from here on out! His customer care was genuine and kind. I would most definitely go back... Not to mention they had the most affordable price out of anyone else I contacted.
