Getting a hold of customer service here is super frustrating. Too much so. Guess Ill look for something else.

Expensive but worth the price. Excellent quality product with exact fit, very helpful phone customer service.

I just installed my second ProClip. The first install was a mount plus magnetic holder for a 2022 Outback. It was easy to install, and has securely held my phone in place for the past two months. My second ProClip is in a 2022 Subaru Ascent and uses the mount plus a holder. It also installed easily - the one caveat being we haven't actually used it on the road yet. If there is a problem with it once I'm driving around, I'll update this review. These products are well designed & engineered, the instructions are clear, and the installation videos are helpful and right on the mark. I would definitely recommend the ProClip products. My wish for the future would be an Outback mount that installs higher up, closer to eye level. I knew when I purchased this one that it installed next to the transmission lever, so that's on me and not a critique of ProClip.

Quick shipping, first class quality product and expert customer service. I was really impressed with the secure grip of the device holder as well as the ease of installation on the mounting base. They have really put in the research for their product. I have a 2005 Honda Element that I thought would be to old to find a secure fitting phone holder. I also have a bumpy dirt road for a driveway and other holders just couldnt cut it. Thank you ProClip you rock.

VW Tiguan 2014 & Smart Fortwo 2008 - After many years of trying various products unsuccessfully, finally, ProClip USA exceeded my expectation by making a mount specifically for my cars and identifying the only place it could be mounted on. I used their product and then attached a different manufacturer mount to it, and it works perfectly.
