It confused same time

Incredibly rude and combative staff. I was about to spend $500, but decided to just buy most of my books from Amazon as they were so disrespectful. All I did was ask some questions about a course packet that wasnt available and they immediately became combative. The first associate lied and said, a lot of people are buying this. When I informed him that the program I am in has a limited number of applicants and only one group a semester he maintained his combativeness. I asked if he could double check as the previous semester they didnt provide me with a book I needed and I was left scrambling on the first day of class. After he came back again I inquired when it would be available. He said in about a week. Classes start Tuesday and it will be something I need immediately. He asked if I wanted to speak to a manager and I said sure. As Im approaching shes snide-fully saying, Sure let me look up something we dont have. I had yet to engage with her and she was already being combative. Dont buy books from this store unless its absolutely necessary.

Very friendly staff and the bookstore itself has a lot of things that will help you out in a pinch
