One of our favorite bookstores in Madison! We first discovered this place during a SoFar Sounds concert, and have been back over and over! Its a smaller space, but tons of variety and the owner is sometimes there as well and loves to chat about books with anyone who is there. We also love that they accept gently used books for credit and sell used books alongside the new books as well. Most recently, I was gift shopping for a book lover in my life and called the store to ask for recommendations, we chatted for a while about what my partner liked, didnt like, genres, and more before she recommended two books that my partner was super excited about when she opened them! Well continue to come back over and over. Theyve found some lifetime customers!

Incredible selection and very easy-to-follow layout of the entire store. Both Susan and Molly were knowledgeable ( expected), friendly (of course, we were in Madison!), and efficient. We'll definitely be back.
