Hip Cafe/bar bookstore that was open late enough for me and a friend to hit up while traveling.(Heck yeah!) Pretty hoppin' when I first came, it soon calmed down a little bit though. The Baristas took care of us and made me and my friend a wonderful Latte and Matcha Latte.

Leopolds is simply exquisite. A perfect cozy nook for anyone who loves books, coffee, fancy drinks, or any mix of the above. Its a comfortable taste-of-home spot, while the bar brings you back to a prosperous establishment in vintage Italy. The drip coffee is good, but what people really come here for is the velvety smooth espresso from the gorgeous Victoria Arduino machine they have. If youre a fan of espresso or gelato, the affogato is something you wont want to miss. We ask for a bit of caramel drizzle added, as the espresso really is strong! Its a perfect medium between a lovely dessert and a morning pick-me-up. Overall, this is such a welcoming and unique spot to be. Best place to enjoy an espresso in Madison.
