The manager/owner/whoever seems to be in charge at the location is always horrible to deal with. She happily cancels orders that were placed through the app if the promotion is not one she wishes to partake in. If you'd like to order something that isn't available, get ready to ask an impossible question that will of course be met with denial. My favorite experience at this location was the time she poured someone's lemonade back into the machine when they decided they didn't want it. If that's what she'll do in public, good luck eating what's prepared in private.

horrible service if not the worst of all they want to sell you what they want and not what you order and if you tell them that it is not what you ordered they get upset and tell you to take it like that because they already charged you and there is no return. they are despot. both the employees and the general manager. I do not recommend this place unless you want to buy what they sell you, horrible.

Horrible HORRIBLE service! I went to this location 3/13/23 at approximately 5pm. The young lady at the register lacked customer service. When I asked for a particular pretzel, was told I couldnt pick, and she gave me what she wanted. Thats ridiculous, I am a paying customer. If its in the window, I should be able to buy it.
