        The leasing agent Daniel was wonderful to deal with. He is patient, kind, communicative and very helpful! We didnt end up renting the apartment with him, but I thoroughly enjoyed working with him.

        Whatever you do DONT rent apartments from Yahara management. Ive lived in Madison my whole life and have never delt with such unprofessional and unethical management. I dont even know where to start. From the mold on our apartment walls that never got taken care of even with complaints, to them being extremely difficult and unprofessional about getting our security deposit back. (They sent our security deposit bill to collections even though Jameson the property manager stated it was all taken care). We now have to deal with our credit being affected as it wasnt resolved like he guaranteed it would be. I know all apartments have their issues but this company should not be running.

      We are sorry to hear you have had a disappointing experience with us. It looks like you move out at the end of May and did not contact the office until July to discuss your options for payment of the balance due. Unfortunately, our policy is to submit any accounts owing money to our collection company if we have not reached an agreement with the party that has the balance due. The issue is now resolved.
