        Great atmosphere and good people live here. A lot of friendly dogs and the administration is quick to answer any questions. No issues with maintenance and energy efficient appliances.

        PLACE WAS QUIET AND PEACEFUL FOR A YEAR! BUT NOW EVERYDAY LOUD MUSIC BLAST FROM EARLY AS 7:30 am AND MANAGEMENTS DOES NTN ABOUT IT! I CANT WAIT TO MOVE building 5626 is the worse!!!!!!!!!! Baseline so heavy you cant even study. You wont get a reply from them via emails about complains. 1 star for the management team. They dont care!!!

        Weve lived here since October 2023 and been loving it overall! I havent been in an apartment for over 14 years so to be here is such a blessing. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with office room is very spacious. The appliances, extensive storage cabinets and countertops are higher quality. We also have a separate storage unit on the same floor. We lucked out with a wrap around porch and lovely view. I didnt realize at the time I toured how very close it is to the interstate(in our building at least), so it has been a big adjustment with sleep at night and depending on time of day when we are outside a bit distracting. Im hopeful the city will build one of those sound-reducing walls at the top of the hill. In the meantime, Ive trialed a few earplugs and noise canceling headphones since I work from home and done okay. The staff have been wonderful, always prompt to answer questions, and the maintenance and groundskeeping folks are prompt to any requests, kind, helpful and do a great job. Theres a locked mailroom for packages, plus in-building regular mailboxes. There are occasional community events. There is a delightful open field/park right next door and some walking trails. Lots of folks have dogs and yet I wouldnt have guessed since inside the units had been quiet for the most part. We are looking forward to using the pool in the summer. The underground heated parking is such a luxury. Pics are views from the living room balcony and my bedroom balcony. The whole vibe of the place is welcoming and chill, which is excellent. Hoping to be here for a long while!
