High Point Commons Apartments

I was going to wait and write a review at the end of my stay here, but thought that I should go ahead and get this out sooner than later to acknowledge the staff for their heroics. Story is that I was out with my cat on a harness when a neighborhood dog got loose and rushed towards us, ultimately frightening my cat to bolt to a nearby tree and climb to the top (please note, that resident from my understanding, or at least their dog, has since left the apartment community). Well anyway, I wasn't sure what I was going to do, or if my cat would be able to safely get down at that point, but called the apartment for help. Then, not only did all the available maintenance staff at that time come by to help, but the property manager herself along with Axel came by to offer whatever assistance they could. Turned out one of the maintenance guys had some tarp on him that everyone then helped with holding out for my cat in case he fell. In the end, a selfless neighbor who was there with us brought over his vehicle with an extendable ladder (I am forgetting the specific name for this) and was able to go up to safely rescue my cat. While this neighbor was the one who ultimately saved my cat's life that day, I thought to recognize the HPC staff all the same, who were willing to do everything they could to help in the rescue of my cat. I got the impression they would have all stayed with me there holding the tarp as long as was needed, and wanted to bring special attention to their above-and-beyond efforts that day. Aside from that, in my several months here the staff have been super responsive to all my text messages / questions, including maintenance concerns, and were phenomenally understanding when I was in a recent accident and needed to leave my totaled car on site for a few weeks. That said, I'm currently most grateful to still have my cat, and that there would have been a backup option for him had my neighbor not been there with the ladder. All there were heroes that day!

Even though we just moved in, we can already feel the sense of community in this place. Hanna did a stellar job guiding me through the move-in process and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I am looking forward to becoming a part of this wonderful community.

I toured with Hanna. She was so responsive and attentive to my whole wish list. No question went unanswered. The whole tour is really easy too. You get to see the whole community and drive your own car to the unit. Hanna had a golf cart to ride around too. It's really a welcoming place, and the whole process was really convinient.

I have enjoyed my time greatly at this place. This is all due to the wonderful staff. They are always willing to help with your every need. Highly recommend this place.
