The Lafayette Apartment Homes

The Lafayette is an exceptional apartment complex. I have lived in many apartments but the Lafayette has hand down been the best experience and has offered the highest quality of life. The value we receive here through the quality of apartments, amenities (Pool, Sauna, Gym, etc) and professional onsite management makes it hard to find a better place to live in the Madison/Fitchburg area.

Ive lived at the Lafayette for over a year now and it is the best apartment experience I have had. Management is quick to respond and communicate, and maintenance as well. The neighborhood is quiet and the amenities are the true cherry on top. The coffee machine is free to use and is just as good as any coffee shop, which has saved me hundreds of dollars I would have been spending the last year on lattes alone! Their gym is a bit small and limited but its got nice equipment. The pool, hot tub, sauna and yoga studio make this complex rise above the rest anywhere else in Madison. If youre looking for luxury, Lafayette has it all. Im so glad I took the chance and paid a little more for the location, view and all the amenities they offer. Weidner properties is such a well run company that shows with the regular events they offer to residents and their attention to detail. 10/10.

Update: going into year three at the Lafayette Apartment Homes and this community is still a great place to live. Maintenance is always quick to respond to requests and friendly in their response. I have lived at the Layfayette Apartment Homes for approximately five months. So far, my experience has been fantastic. The location is perfect - about 10 minutes to anywhere you want to be in the Madison area, including Capital Square. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance has been responsive in fixing any issues with the unit with most issues fixed within 24 hours of reporting. Lastly, the amenities at this property are second to none. If you are looking for a fun place to live in the Madison area to meet new people, Layfayette Apartment Homes is the place for you. No this is not a paid promotion, but it should be.
