        EXTREMELY horrible property management. We moved out in March of this year and they're trying to charge us $400 for cleaning an apartment that was left to us a mess with nasty stains all over the carpets and smelt like dog urine. My husband and I were also without hot water 5 out of 8 months at Woodland Apartments. September through January I contacted the main office AND the landlords without any actual effort of fixing the issue. I had to finally contact the city inspector to have them finally bat an eye at the issue. The last time we contacted the landlord to tell him we were moving out early due to lack of fixing the issue, we were told we were going to be charged a bunch of fees for moving out early. I DON'T RECOMMEND EVER RENTING FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!

        I would not recommend renting at 700 East or with Palisade Property. From past experiences interacting with this company, I would not have confidence that your security deposit will be returned in a lawful or reasonable manner.
