Great IHG resort with great views and amenities. The Lake Geneva is lovely and welcoming, and has been a great place to spend time in. The rooms have been updated. The beds and pillows have been wonderfully comfortable, which is often not the case when staying at hotels. We had a great time during our stay.

Starting off with check in, when I booked my stay I requested early check-in, I have a 9 month old and I traveled around her nap time so we would get here when she woke up. They informed it that would not be a problem, especially since weve been members for over 15 years. We arrived at 1pm and did not get into a room until 3:30pm. I kept asking if there was anything they could do to accommodate us especially since I have a baby who is clearly in need of a nap, the front desk was not only not helpful but rude. Not sure if its because me and my baby look different than their normal guest but thats another story. Upon entering the room its completely different from what we have stayed in here before. Right when you walk in you walk straight into the bedroom they room also smelled of dog. I requested a crib when booking, to my surprise no crib. At this point not only is my 9 month frustrated I am as well. I called to guest services to see about getting the crib brought up, her first response is well due to the influx of people here, we are out of cribs at this point Im infuriated. I explain to her that I have a nine month old, I requested this crib months ago when I booked and weve been signature holding members for 15 plus years. I ask to be transferred to a supervisor, there is a knock at the door with a crib, I ask are you all out of cribs, he replies no and I just spoke to her 20 minutes ago so im unsure why she told you that. I let the young lady on the phone I would speak to her in person tomorrow. If it wasnt a 2 hour drive back home I wouldve been taken my baby back home. Im VERY disappointed at the level of service me and my baby have received this stay. We are heading to the water park tomorrow, I can only hope that makes up for the rudeness weve experienced.
