        If only you can choose 0 stars! I place an online order, call 60 minutes after ordering because I am no longer able to track the order. Call back and am told it will be at least another hour. Tell the female manager to cancel my order (I understand places are short staffed/busy) to find out Jimmy Johns will have my money for the next 3-5 business days?? UNACCEPTABLE! Do not bill the customer until the order is made! Or better yet, be like other establishments in the La Crosse area and shut down online/mobile orders so the customer has to call in and be informed of the longer wait times. With the amount of sub shops in the area you would think Jimmy John would want to up their service!

        Live 4 mins from place but delivery takes more then an hour after it says it was out, ended up cancelling the order, I don't want to get sick from food sitting out. Not willing to work with LTO ingredients. Kinda sad to see what was a decent company going down the drain. Not sure if management has changed, but the place overall has gone down hill. Hope they can get back the old spirit soon.
