Very pushy and aggressive. I worked out a small medical debt with the clinic - the clinic forgot to inform them so I told them I'd get my proof and they could call me a following day. I was repeatedly pressured to "settle" and pay them money I did not owe for a product I legally returned. I was told several times the amount of time the account was in collection for, and when I told them I would get back to them I was informed that it "wasn't how things worked." Well the collection was removed, and had I listened to the pushy and dishonest person on the line here, I would have paid them an extra settlement. Extremely pushy, unprofessional, and aggravating. Interact with these people at your own risk.

Aniket Kumar was the debt collector that called me to help me settle my debt. He was extremely kind and listened to all my concerns regarding the bill. He made me feel very comfortable and accepted a lower amount than the actual debt. I settled the bill and paid today. I apologize to him for getting angry at times. He remained very calm and kind despite it all. Thank you for that Aniket and for your 5 star service.

They don't leave messages when they call. As if anyone is going to pickup for some random number. What a joke. Total sham of a debt collection agency.
