This company is actively involved in protecting a local gang that is currently harassing citizens into payments for which were not lawful. This attorney is willing to back the charges and therefore most citizens are willing to pay the small fee rather than fight for their rights. This law firm is not trustworthy by any means. They are actively assisting in harrassment and piracy of local citizens. If this was not the truth, then Erica P would have apologized for the ticket having been issued without cause and would have seen to its dismissal. SAD. Instead she vehemently agreed with an alternate side parking ticket that was written on a night when it had been 60 degrees for over a week. There was not a single bit of snow in the roads. Streetsweepers don't run at night and that's the only justifiable reason to abstain from letting citizens use the road they have the right, by law, to use. VERY SAD.

I had a great experience working with James Richgels at O'Flaherty Heim Egan & Birnbaum Ltd. He was responsive and knowledgeable. The cost of his services seemed very reasonable and I'd easily do business with he and this firm again.
