Very friendly staff and helpful. The only thing is at 90% of other banks when you need a new debit card they issue them right there but with Southern Lakes you have to wait 7-10 days. On the bright side they have caught freud on my card numberous times. Saved me tons of money thank you.

After regretfully getting a vehicle loan through this marvelous bank, I have tried to contact the woman that is in charge of refinancing auto loans for 3 months straight. Ive left 7-10 voice messages on her phone, that might as well be unplugged. Of the 20+ phone calls that I have made, she has not answered the phone ONCE, its actually impressive how poor this bank is with customer service.

Worst bank ever direct deposit has to be entered manually so it's never in your account at a regular time it's 2023 get with the times. The staff is very disrespectful and has attitude so my wife and myself went to Educators credit Union and guess what my check was in at midnight Friday morning so I didn't have to call them to get my check pushed threw thanks for the worst month ever at a bank.
