        I have been with TruStone since they bought AMCCU (which I have been a member my entire life). Any issues I have ever had have been rectified promptly and with the utmost of importance. The staff has always been excellent, and I appreciate them for their work.

        they have more 1 stars then 5 for a reason. learn from my mistake and just dont use this company. its a last resort from everyone for a reason.

        My husband received a call from Jessica from the Kenosha WI TruStone branch. Jessica asked my husband to confirm his account number. My husband thought it was a scammer. When he questioned Jessica, she hung up on him. I then called the number back and Jessica picked up the phone. When I asked her what account she was talking about, she said she wouldnt talk to me because I also thought she was a scammer. She hung up on me. I then called another TruStone branch and found out that Angie Perez was Jessicas manager. I left a voicemail for Ms. Perez to express my concern about her employee, Jessica, and left my telephone number for her to call me back. I never received a call back. It seems that TruStone condones employees hanging up on Account holders. My husband and I are changing banks. Unprofessional employees and unresponsive managers!!!
