Own of the best assisted living facilities to work at and if your a son or daughter is looking for a good home for your parents I really suggest casa del mare , we treat each resident like family , and each employee works hard to make sure they feel at home . Great caregivers , memory care coordinator, and nursing staff , as well as delicious meals all day everyday , with an amazing activities director who plans several fun events for all residents to enjoy .

Very caring staff. My dad was in need of a respite stay while recuperating from surgery and Casa Del Mare was able to meet all of his needs. It is a very difficult decision to move a family member into a care facility especially during Covid when visitation is restricted. The professional staff at Casa Del Mare helped ease my mind and I am comfortable with my father being left in their care.

Mother is 90+ years old. She is one of the original tenants 2005. That is a span of 17+ years. While the location is very nice and we have loved living there for most of the duration. Beware This has been taken over by a cutthroat corporation. Kate Stephen-Cothell Is the current Manager there. Its very obvious that she is trying to build her rsum as this is the largest job she has ever had according to LinkedIn. Its also very clear that her objective is Max profit. My mother was evicted on a lease technicality. It was very cold and calculated yes, evicted! At 90+ years old. The reason was clearly because our rent was well below market and they had no way of raising it without terminating her. Kenosha senior services are currently investigating and litigation is pending. They use the cheapest materials available To renovate. In addition, the property was built on massive Sand base with an infinite amount of ants. Pest control will be your best friend. Lastly, Jim the maintenance man has exhibited suspicious behavior while inside the unit house caught on our close circuit video. Dont be fooled, you will spend the majority of your time watching your back and your wallet while living here. While the location is great, nothing else about it is. I have audio and video evidence to back up all I have stated in this review. I am not in the habit of writing bad reviews, but I feel that your loved one deserves better than what this place is all about. Good luck at your searches and God bless.

I had an relative who worked there and was let go because staff said she was sleeping and the same staff members be sleep theirselves but what concerns me is how can they let an employee still work there after she gave resident another resident medication and the resident had to be sent to the hospital. Upon release the resident slept for at least 2 days straight didnt eat or anything and she still not really focus but did I mention that the Employer that gave the wrong medication to resident still works there and still passing medication the only thing she got was a slap on the wrist and getting retrained for medication. Now whats worst someone sleeping or someone passing out the wrong medication that couldve ended a life. My Relative want it to make scenes and is very upset behind this.
