My family is very grateful for the excellent care that our mother received at Home Inspired. The staff was very kind and accommodating to her needs and our requests.

I have been to a lot of nursing homes and saw very bad ones but Home Inspired was the worst when it comes to showing compassion. My love one was shown absolutely no compassion on her last few months before she passed away. No matter how we reach out to the manager, the nurses, even the owner, none of the simplest request my family or my love one made, there was little or no attempt to fix what we requested. The last few months of my love one life when she along with her family should be there to comfort her and each other it was the worst, saddest and most hurtful experience we all ever had to watch, knowing her time was near. I am writing this review not only because of my love who had a horrible experience there but I will never want to know that someone else have to go through this horrible experience. Please really consider where you want to put your love one, I WOULD NEVER recommend Home Inspired to anyone.

It is so important to choose the right place for your loved one. Home inspired was recommended by a friend who's mother was there for a number of years. This was our 5th place we had experienced between both of our parents and will be the final place for our dad. One of the facilities our dad was at has a reputation of being the best around, but from my own personal experience it was not. One of the nurses there wanted him doped up on a very potent drug and I could see by looking around at all the other residents in his area they were too! We were losing him and the cost was over $13,000 a month as well. I saw a very biased 1 star review that is not reflective to the customer. Know that I am a customer and not the same Kevin mentioned in that review. I would agree that staff does a great job as stated in that review, but as a customer we really appreciate some accountability with rules and guidelines for staff. It is so important to have that in place when dealing with the elderly and in running a business too. Choosing a place for a loved one is a huge and stressful ordeal.
