WOW!!
This place is AWESOME!! Too bad I had to leave within a short period of time:( The staff are incredibly nice to work with! Enjoyed all the residents as well. Would STRONGLY STRONGLY encourage friends and family to work here!! Thank you for giving me the opportunity and BEST experience while working for this organization!!

The issue I have is that many of the staff is very rude here, both in person before the COVID-19 hit and even now in the way they communicate on the phone but what scares me more than that is their response to the reporting of rude behavior. They seem to find a way to either covertly turn the blame around, make excuses or boast that despite your complaints that basically they are still the best assisted living facility in the area... if they are that is very sad. Their building is fairly nice for the most part from what I can remember and they speak great when you are moving someone in but if only that energy could be somehow put into genuinely consistent customer service and resolving complaints.

I have enjoyed every moment of my employment here. I have been employed here for a year and I have been given the opportunity to advance within this organization and the experience has been inspiring. The team is very competent and dedicated to the residents. I would wholeheartedly and unquestionably recommend Library Terrace to my friends and family.
