Palmer House Apartments

Loved living here. Though was for a short while but it was everything we needed for me and my family. Was sad to say goodbye to this part of chapter. But the transition was super easy due to Dori! She was amazing and helped me thru my rental process and kept me updated on everything that was going on! Recommend working with Dori she was super helpful and informative!

DO NOT rent here. Dorrie is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of and when you do she is rude and makes you feel like youre inconveniencing her. It is impossible to get anything fixed and for it to stay fixed. They cheap out of everything even though rent doesnt stop going up.

I am recently widowed 8 months had to leave currant apt rent raise ridiculous a 16 year resident husband died had to move. I found palmer house & spoke to dorrie she helped me so much to get in I love it and thank you palmer house for giving me a home i could afford & thank you dorrie for making me welcome. Mr friends think it's a very cozy place

Palmer house apartment made me feel so welcomed and safe and I truly love getting to know the office staff. They have been so kind to me coming out of a DV situation and worked with me to find a home during the housing crisis

I love the location.. close to the park and to my job at the hospital. Thanks to the management for helping me move in on my schedule. Maintenance man even helped connect my TV ! Thanks again.
