        Had to wait a week to look at the apartment that was available. Showed up for my appointment 5 minutes early and nobody was there. Call and nobody answered. Waited for an hour and finally called again to be told that the apartment had been rented. There was another couple waiting to see the apartment as well and they were not informed either.

        Great Landlord, replies quickly to maintainance requests, and better monthly price for the space compared to anywhere else in Janesville!

        Best apartments in Janesville. You get what you pay for though. If you keep the place in good shape, and clean when you leave they are honest and give you the whole security deposit back. I highly recommend.
