My family and I go on a cabin trip every year towards the end of summer before the kids go back to school. This year we stayed here at Virgin Timber and this was probably one of the best places weve stayed at in a while. This place has many activities not just for the kids, but the adults too. The arcade which isnt really much of an arcade, but fun nonetheless had lots to do. From a pool table, foosball, darts, juke box, to movies, and comfy reclining sofa and board games. They also have paddle boats, canoes, kayaks and thats all free! They do have pontoons that you can rent for half a day or a full day. The owners were super attentive and friendly and when we let them know about a wasp nest on one of our cabins, they came and took care of it with swiftness. The cabins are pretty nice with plenty of space for everyone but they do not have AC. They do have fans in each bedroom tho for you to help cool the cabin down during the day. They could use a little tlc but for a cabin its still quite nice. And the views are absolutely gorgeous and magical! If youre lucky enough and you follow aurora borealis apps and fb pages, you may get to get a snap of those while youre there! Also, the outside trash cans absolutely WILL be visited by the trash pandas. We woke up each morning with our cans knocked over and trash strewn about. But Ill take a trash panda over a bear any day. Lol Overall, this place is amazing and great and we will absolutely book to stay again some time. Thank you for an a great experience and wonderful time!

Place rocks!! Been coming here for 4 years with the company we work for...nice cabins..owners are great....id recommend virgin timber to anyone..you'll love it

Came for friends birthday. There were 9 of us and was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view and owners are extremely helpful and friendly!!

Great Place to stay during the snowmobile season. We had a fun time riding the trails last winter and look forward to staying again this winter riding season. Also stop in to Louies Landing for food and drinks plus fuel thats near by before or after the trails.
