My wife and I's appointments got screwed up and sent to another location. Be,n who is always extremely helpful when we come in, was able to get us an appointment on the spot. Brittany who helped us select and order our glasses and sunglasses was also wonderful and did a great job of taking care of us and explaining the options we had.

Everything went incredibly well and efficiently. Staff was friendly and very professional. Extra eye tests were administered to deal with some questions I had about my vision. Very pleased with the way things turned out.

Ben has been great. For the past three years hes been the only person whos able to fix my old falling apart glasses and keep them going until I could see a specialist. Once I got a new prescription, he helped tremendously in picking out my new frames. He has a great eye and didnt try to upsell me. I used my existing frames for my new sunglasses. The company broke them while putting in the new lenses so Ben made sure I picked out a replacement pair I loved. Big thumbs up.

Setting up appointment was easy. Staff was very supportive. I wish Dr could have explained results of my eye exam to me. I did get visit summary though. I have been having eye exam and buying glasses from Visionworks from last 15 years.
