The front office has a very unprofessional vibe. Women dress in sweats and torn clothing. 2 were playing on the phone and gossiping about a customer who had just left. The gal who did my pre exam never introduced her self, never explained what she was testing. Never cleaned the equipment used, washed hands and answered at least 2 texts on her phone during my interaction with her. The doctor is professional and nice to interact with. He knows what hes talking about and gave me some good feedback about my eyes. I chose not to purchase new glasses following my exam after my observations of the support staff here.

Updated 2024. - what happened? Called today and treated like I was bothering them. Had a "phantom appt" apparently on my calendar and called to see if it was legit. Told immediately there was no doctor today and that it was just a reminder to schedule (not an actual appt). Considering moving eye doctors after this interaction. Updated 2022 -- still great service and staff. They were able to get me samples of bifocal contacts and changed my life! Very happy to still be a customer! Review from 2019 -- A+ Service! Called and spoke with Austin. Explained an issue on new contacts and wanted to go back to a prior brand for a new supply. Unfortunately, I had to take an urgent call mid-discussion and could not get back to him. I called back an hour+ later and he had already discussed the change with the Dr. and had the pending order ready to be placed!! Talk about the extra mile in service -- phenomenal Austin!

I had problems with the AI not, it lost 2 earlier apts. at other stores. Oconomow store was an AWSOME experience, thank you for great customer service!
