      image If I could give 0 stars I would. We were charged $150 for a crack in the windshield. We used the U-Haul for less than 2 hours 14 miles and no highway. After speaking with the manager he basically told me he has to pay for it out of his own pocket so my husband and I were responsible. Do not use this site, they just rip you off.

      image If I could give this U-Haul 0 stars I would, my fianc and I had the worst experience, when we went to go pick up our truck, the app kept displaying an error instead of progressing through the steps. Come to find out after being on the phone for a half hour with customer service, this U-Haul location didnt even stage the truck and get it ready the day before for pick up. I only recommend this location if you dont want access to your truck after reserving one.
