      image Response time to get my truck was prompt and the driver took care loading my classic truck. But while unloading it he just completely unhooked it from the winch and tilted the deck then jumped in and forced it out of park rolling it off the deck. This improper procedure may have further damaged my transmission. Driver definitely needs to be retrained in proper unloading procedures.(I speak from experience since I have driven a roll back myself.) Price was reasonable.

      image Horrible customer service. Vehicle was in an accident and called to try and find out the damage and how much it would cost to get it out and worker was extremely rude and refused to answer any questions!!
