All I can say is WOW! I have contemplated on starting my remodel project for quite some time-mainly because I really did not know where to start! Mike and Lisa made the process enjoyable from start to finish. They came up with a schedule with the vendors and a completion date for the project and was able to complete the project as promised. I finally have the home I wanted for years! I highly recommend TCD Homes!

We recently hired TCD to do a significant remodel of our home. We had heard nothing but positive things about Mike and Lisa and loved the fact that they would personally be involved with the project from start to finish.
Prior to buying this home, we spent some time with Mike to evaluate our options with new construction vs. a remodel of an existing home. Mike was 100% honest with us, spent a lot of time answering questions and we felt zero pressure to take either route.
Eventually we found the home we wanted but wanted to make it our own. Mike and Lisa met us at the house, discussed our options and gave advice and feedback on where we could get the most bang for our buck. The process with TCD was extremely transparent. We were provided a clear budget and they worked with us to stay within that budget while still showing us some options where we could splurge.
Once we had a clear idea of where we were headed, Mike provided us with a schedule of what would be done when, who would be at our house, what we could expect, etc. This schedule was accurate to the day over the 10 week process! Given the fact that we were living in the house during the remodel this was beyond valuable. Mike, Lisa or Zane would communicate with us daily to answer any questions or concerns we had. They held their subs accountable to make sure everything was to our standards!
TCD's standards are irreproachable. They notices all kinds of things that we probably never would have seen but wanted to make sure things were perfect. You hear a lot of horror stories about contractors which makes you nervous going into a project of this magnitude, but you can trust TCD implicitly!
Our project came in below budget and ahead of schedule! I challenge anyone to find a contractor who can deliver those kind of results in today's market.
