Couldnt be happier with our house. It turned out extremely well. Dave Detrie, Charlie and Dave Wolter were all easy to work with. They answered our questions in a timely manner. Even with delays beyond Detries control, they handled everything well and ensured the finished product turned out great.

Its been a great pleasure working with the Detrie team on our custom home build. They are honest, transparent, fair and willing to help in any way they can to meet the customer where they are at. Right from the start, they walked us through what to expect as far as building, best practices to stay on budget, what the time frame looked like, offered up suggestions as needed and answered questions in a timely manner. They make the process of building a home easier than what it could have been. Here is a summary of our home building adventure with Detrie Builders. Charlie: He was always in the office and available to answer the phone or an email. I knew I could connect with a real person when I needed something and he was always quick with his responses. Dave W.: He was our guy on the scene and connection to the jobsite. We felt confident that he was keeping the schedule on track. He never said no, we cant do that. Instead, he did what was needed. Dave Detrie: From our very first meeting at the Showcase last year, Daves calm, welcoming demeanor made us feel comfortable. Feeling comfortable with our builder was very important to us since we are not from the DePere area! He walked us through every step of the building process; answering ALL of our questions along the way. He was organized and understood what we wanted in our new home. We knew he was on our side! Bob Detrie: Bob brought amazing experience to the home building process; including great relationships with subcontractors - which is huge! Diane Detrie: Sweet Diane! Diane was the cherry on top of this crazy home building experience.
