        Enterprise is the only car rental place that I trust, they were very kind and gave Great Customer Service and gave me what I needed. Thanks you for allowing me the Great Experience

        It was my first time renting a car ever, and I typically drive a premium sedan. They recommended upgrading to a small SUV. However, they gave me like a huge SUV for some reason, which is really inconvenient. They took off the extra fees, but I had to pay way more in gas in exchange and the ride was extra bumpy. Overall, customer service was good but disappointed with the extra fees. The rep was unable to take off some fees upon car return, which led to this review.
