I had a reservation for an SUV at Enterprise's Mayfair location on Saturday. Unfortunately, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. When I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, I had to stand in line for another 30 minutes. Once I checked in, the associate informed me that there was no SUV available, but he did have a dirty Toyota Camry or a minivan that I could rent instead. Since my reservation was for an SUV, I declined those options. After waiting another 20 minutes, the associate asked the manager if the customer who had rented a full-size SUV earlier had returned the car. Luckily, the car was available, but it smelled like marijuana. I was hesitant to take it, but the associate offered to have it cleaned, which would have taken more time. I was disappointed that my weekend plans got ruined due to the delay, and I had to leave without getting a vehicle as all other locations were closed by then. However, I have rented with Enterprise before and never experienced such a situation. I hope they can improve their service to avoid such issues in the future.

I booked a rental for our spring break vacation through my job website. When I arrived for pickup everyone was nice and friendly. Had our vehicle ready to go. I went home to pack and realized we needed more room. The exchange process was quick and easy. I was in and out in not time. Able to enjoy our vacation. I love their customer service checking to make sure everything was going ok with the rental. It worked fine and in excellent condition. Once the trip was over the check in return was smooth. For me the turn around for the deposit was quick. I highly recommend renting from Enterprise on Mayfair road Wauwatosa and Brown Deer locations. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

Great service in this branch. I frequently rent from them for work, and they do their best to keep the customer happy. Pick up and drop off service is great. Sammie has been great to make sure everything is done properly even close to their closing time and when they are short staffed. I had very pleasant experiences with Nick and Charlie too.
