I had work scheduled in Greenfield/Elm Grove and I knew immediately this hotel is where I would call. It is truly a home away from home and I know I can expect a comfortable stay each time. Julie and her team always surpass my expectations and I look forward to each visit. My husband and I stayed one night and it was excellent. The gentleman who checked us in was kind and friendly. We chatted briefly about the property updates. The room was clean. The beds are the most comfortable beds I have slept on for a hotel in a long time, paired with crisp, clean sheets, it's the perfect oasis after a long day. The built in shampoo/conditioner/lotion bottles in the bathroom are a major plus. They are so efficient and smell amazing - the perfect accompaniment to a hot shower. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and included individual cheese omelettes and sausage links. The waffle station is always a plus, too. The breakfast area was well-stacked and fresh and the attendant checked on it multiple times during my time in the area. The hot tub is the perfect temperature and so soothing! From the time we arrived to the time we left, it was wonderful. Thanks for such a great stay, as always, we will be back next time we're in the area! Rooms: There are built in dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the bathrooms which are great. There are also USB ports next to the bed built in for chargers. Safety: I always feel safe at this hotel and front desk routinely does checks around the property. Walkability: The hotel is walking distance to the gas station next door for snacks and drinks. It's also nearby a McDonalds, Wendy's and nearby Taco Bell and a few other spots. The back side of the hotel is residential and provides a quiet place to walk in the mornings. Food & drinks: The hotel has a little on-site shop by the front desk for snacks and microwave meals. They also sell mini wines and beers (including New Glarius Spotted Cow!) and is nearby other spots for food, too. Noteworthy details: The hot breakfast far surpasses any traditional continental breakfast included in your stay! There's a coffee bar, hot food area, multiple juice and milk choices and more. Very comfortable breakfast area!

Decent room, very nice complimentary breakfast in the morning, good location... What is noteworthy though, is the pool and hot tub area. No supervision of all the kids, kids running wild in there, also kids were in the hot tub, I saw one do a somersault in the air from the hot tub into the pool and nearly cracked his head! Normally they would have cameras to see what was going on in that area, and would at the very least speak to the parents! Don't plan on enjoying the hot tub with just adults.
