JAM Exteriors had the most fair estimate for a complete roof tear off and installation that I found. Very knowledgable and professional. They got the roof done much faster than I expected. I only found a minor detail that needed correcting and a few crew members came out the next day and took care of it. We had our roof replaced by Jam Exteriors due to hail damage. Overall great quality of workmanship. Quick to get us scheduled and get the job done. The crew did a thorough job with cleanup. One day to complete the job. There were a couple small cosmetic issues after completion that I addressed with them and they took care of it within a few days. Im glad we went with a local company. An Improvement they could make is more thorough communication. A sit-down with them to discuss all shingle options couldve ensured we were making the best decision possible that was right for us, and our neighborhood. This wouldve been a good time for questions with customer focus. All together good guys to work with and great quality of work!
