I called to get an estimate on a leak in my homes roof. I was told they don't give estimates on leaks? Why even be in business if you can't fix a leak in someone's roof

Great company to work with for a residential roof tear off and replacement! They communicated every step of the way! Office staff and on-site crew were rock stars. The crew worked well into the evening in an effort to finish the job before the possible incoming weather. After the shingles were on, you'd never know they were on site. The dumpster was gone the next day and all the flowers and shrubs were as good as they were when they started the job. I would highly recommend Lopez Roofing to friends & family. It's been three weeks since someone came to look at my house and still no estimate. Two phone calls requesting it with no callback to me. I finally have someone call and make an appointment to go over the estimate and they didn't even bother to show up. Again, no call and now no show. Horrible service!
