        Its really funny to me that service is reaching out to me for my review being that I waited from November 2023 to February 2024 for my corrosion warranty claim on my GTI and the service manager Michelle could not be bothered to call or reach out even if I stopped into the dealer and had her service writers write notes and leave them on her desk. I eventually stopped waiting and got a low trade in number for that car because she couldnt be bothered to follow up and do her job. So thank you Eau Claire Volkswagen Sales for getting me out of that car!
