        I was scheduled for pick up after closing hours. When I got there, I tried accessing my account for the lockbox code (for the truck's keys.) Turns out they cancelled my rental for no reason. I had 1 night to move 15 boxes across town. I had to do it with my car. It took me 6 trips.
