The level of poor service that this company provides is not properly represented with just one star.
They habitually deny claims that are already pre approved procedures, only to approve them after the denial of service. The customer service has zero empathy for clients and the overall company attitude is an example of everything wrong with healthcare in the United States today.
The only reason they are my provider is because today's health insurance holds people hostage for choice. They are the provider my employer utilizes so it's the only provider I can really afford.
To say I am less than impressed with the company is an understatement.
