        Beautiful building. Unfortunately, less than quarter occupied by UHC employees and they are subleasing unused space here now. Not sure it was wise to put the shovel into the dirt during COVID for a million+ dollar building that they now cannot fill. Built in 2020 (hence the address of '2020') and up for lease 2023. Meanwhile, as an insurance holder with an ostensibly high amount of $$ claims and OOP...wonder if this was a wise financial decision.
