Greenway LS Drainage Systems

I highly recommend Greenway LS. I hired them to fix/replace underground drainage lines for my roof downspouts. Planning was well thought out - tied in my sump pump line for extra durability and function. They were really careful to keep other buried lines intact, including my sprinkler water lines. The team worked efficiently and quickly. The final "touch up" part of the project (filling back in the areas with dirt and leveling the ground) was not completed satisfactory but Joe was very responsive and apologetic and got his guys back to make it look perfect. I will definitely keep them on my short list of good contractors.

I highly recommend Joe and his team at Greenway LS to anyone dealing with drainage issues. I've struggled for many years with water pooling in my yard and getting into the basement. Joe supplied an incredibly comprehensive solution including installing a new sump drain from the house to the storm sewer, addressing the compromised existing drain; tying two downspouts into that same line, something I didn't have previously; adding an extra drain to a low-lying area; and even utilizing some of the excavated dirt to level other low-lying sections of the yard. Despite unforeseen challenges, such as the storm drain not being where the village indicated, which resulted in extensive and laborious excavation work (much of it by hand!), Joe and his team managed it with dedication. In the hottest days of the summer, they persisted until they located the correct connection. The final invoice was exactly as quoted, even though the work took longer than expected. After recent heavy rainfall, I was very happy to find that the drainage system functioned flawlessly, just as Joe promised. Thanks to their work, my sump pump runs far less often, as the water now efficiently drains away from the house on the first go, rather than circling back through the yard and into the sump repeatedly. Furthermore, upon completing the job, the team expertly graded and seeded the excavated areas to a high landscaping standard. I'm thrilled to see new grass covering those areas already. I strongly recommend Joe and Greenway LS for the comprehensiveness and quality of the solution, the price, and the dedication of the team from the beginning of the project to the end.

Just had Joe and the crew redo my drainage system. Three down spouts and a sump pump discharge out to the street in a 4" PVC line, tapped into the storm system. Everything was shot with a transit and pitched perfectly, with a wire tracer line. They took care of the permits and Diggers Hot Line ( They had to work around all my utilitys). The cleanup was good (I'm in charge of planting the grass). They were in and out in a couple days. I'm very pleased with there work, and highly recommend them.

Joe and his crew did an AWESOME Job in addressing our problem with a leaky basement. Not only was the problem solved, but was done in a straightforward and efficient manner.

Joe is awesome he called me back on the 4th of July weekend and helped me with my drainage problem.. he gave me a solution over the phone. What a wonderful company. If I have more problems, I will definitely call Joe.. if I could give more stars, I would.
